Workout REELS: 

Our goal is to not only create fitness programs, but a community for women and breast cancer survivors to empower, encourage, and help you RISE ABOVE all the obstacles that you are facing.

We offer programs both virtually or in person:


All programs are designed and implemented by a certified Personal Trainer / certified Cancer Exercise Specialist.

In-Person and Virtual Personal Training Available

Training packages can be custom designed to meet your needs and

include full assessments, program design, access to Rise Above training

app, nutritional counseling, check-points and accountability!

Virtual Workouts

Whether you are a breast cancer survivor or want to support a great cause, Rise Above offers a variety of virtual workout options! You can actively support Rise Above by participating in donation-only workouts, virtual group workouts to help get you moving safely, meet other like-minded people and have fun!
